allāhumma ʿālima al-ghaybi wal-shahādati, fāṭira al-samāwāti wal-arḍ, rabba kulli shayʾin wa-malīkah, ashhadu an lā ilāha illā anta, aʿūdhu bika min sharri nafsī, wa-sharri al-shayṭāni wa-shirkih.
O Allah, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Lord of everything and its Sovereign, I testify that there is no god except You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of my soul and from the evil of Satan and his shirk.

bismi allāhi alladhī lā yaḍurru maʿa ismihi shayʾun fī al-arḍi wa-lā fī al-samāʾi wa-huwa al-samīʿu al-ʿalīm. (3)
In the Name of Allah, with whose Name nothing can cause harm on earth or in heaven, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. (3)

bismi allāh al-raḥmān al-raḥīm, al-ḥamdu li-llāhi rabbi al-ʿālamīn, al-raḥmāni al-raḥīm, māliki yawmi al-dīn, iyyāka naʿbudu wa-iyyāka nastaʿīn, ihdinā al-ṣirāṭa al-mustaqīm, ṣirāṭa alladhīna anʿamta ʿalayhim, ghayri al-maghḍūbi ʿalayhim wa-lā al-ḍāllīn.
All praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all worlds, the Most Merciful, the Most Compassionate, Master of the Day of Judgment. You alone we worship, and You alone we ask for help. Guide us to the straight path, the path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not those who have earned Your anger, nor those who have gone astray.

bismi allāh al-raḥmān al-raḥīm, allāhu lā ilāha illā huwa al-ḥayyu al-qayyūm, lā taʾkhudhuhu sinatun wa-lā nawm, lahu mā fī al-samāwāti wa-mā fī al-arḍ, man dhā alladhī yashfaʿu ʿindahu illā bi-idhnih, yaʿlamu mā bayna aydīhim wa-mā khalfahum, wa-lā yuḥīṭūna bi-shayʾin min ʿilmihī illā bimā shāʾ, wasiʿa kursiyyuhu al-samāwāti wal-arḍ, wa-lā yaʾūduhu ḥifẓuhumā, wa-huwa al-ʿaliyyu al-ʿaẓīm
Allah, there is no god except Him, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting. Neither drowsiness nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is before them and what is behind them, and they encompass nothing of His knowledge except what He wills. His dominion extends over the heavens and the earth, and preserving them does not burden Him. He is the Most High, the Most Great.

bismi allāh al-raḥmān al-raḥīm, li-llāhi mā fī al-samāwāti wa-mā fī al-arḍ, wa-in tubdū mā fī anfusikum aw tukhfūhu yuḥāsibkum bihi allāh, fa-yaghfiru li-man yashāʾu wa-yuʿadhdhibu man yashāʾ. wa-allāhu ʿalā kulli shayʾin qadīr
āmana al-rasūlu bimā unzila ilayhi min rabbihi wal-muʾminūn, kullun āmana bi-llāhi wa-malāʾikatihi wa-kutubihi wa-rusulih, lā nufarriqu bayna aḥadin min rusulih. wa-qālū samiʿnā wa-aṭaʿnā, ghufrānaka rabbanā wa-ilayka al-maṣīr.
lā yukallifu allāhu nafsan illā wusʿahā, lahā mā kasabat, wa-ʿalayhā mā iktasabat. rabbanā lā tuʾākhidhnā in nasīnā aw akhṭaʾn, rabbanā wa-lā taḥmil ʿalaynā iṣran kamā ḥamaltahu ʿalā alladhīna min qablinā, rabbanā wa-lā tuḥammilnā mā lā ṭāqata lanā bih, wa-ʿfu ʿannā, wa-ghfir lanā, wa-rḥamnā. anta mawlānā fa-nṣurnā ʿalā al-qawmi al-kāfirīn.

To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Whether you reveal what is within yourselves or conceal it, Allah will call you to account for it. Then He forgives whom He wills and punishes whom He wills. And Allah has power over all things.
The Messenger ﷺ has believed in what was sent down to him from his Lord, and so have the believers. All have believed in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers. We make no distinction between any of His messengers. They say, “We hear and we obey. Grant us Your forgiveness, our Lord; and to You is the final return.”
Allah does not burden any soul beyond its capacity. It will have the good it has earned, and it will bear the consequences of what it has committed. Our Lord, do not hold us accountable if we forget or make a mistake. Our Lord, do not place upon us a burden as You placed upon those before us. Our Lord, do not burden us with what we have no strength to bear. Pardon us, forgive us, and have mercy on us. You are our Protector, so grant us victory over the disbelieving people.

amsaynā ʿalā fiṭrati al-islām, wa-ʿalā kalimati al-ikhlāṣ, wa-ʿalā dīni nabiyyinā muḥammadin ﷺ, wa-ʿalā millati abīnā ibrāhīm, ḥanīfan musliman, wa-mā kāna mina al-mushrikīn
We have entered the evening upon the natural disposition of Islam, upon the word of sincere devotion, upon the religion of our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and upon the creed of our father Ibrahim, inclining to truth as a Muslim, and he was not among those who associate partners with Allah.

allāhumma mā amsā bī min niʿmatin, aw bi-aḥadin min khalqik, fa-minka waḥdaka lā sharīka lak, fa-laka al-ḥamdu wa-laka al-shukr
O Allah, whatever blessing has come to me this evening, or to anyone from Your creation, is from You alone, without partner. To You belongs all praise, and to You belongs all thanks.

allāhumma bika amsaynā, wa-bika aṣbaḥnā, wa-bika naḥyā, wa-bika namūtu, wa-ilayka al-nushūr
O Allah, by You we enter the evening, and by You we enter the morning. By You we live and by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the trial of the Fire and from the punishment of the Fire. I seek refuge in You from the trial of the grave and from the punishment of the grave. I seek refuge in You from the trial of wealth and I seek refuge in You from the trial of poverty. And I seek refuge in You from the trial of the False Messiah, al-Dajjal.

allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min zawāli niʿmatik, wa-taḥawwuli ʿāfiyatik, wa-fajʾati niqmatik, wa-jamīʿi sakhaṭik

allāhumma innī aʿūdhu bika min sharri samʿī, wa-min sharri baṣarī, wa-min sharri lisānī, wa-min sharri qalbī, wa-min sharri maniyyatī
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing, from the evil of my sight, from the evil of my tongue, from the evil of my heart, and from the evil of my desires.

**Hadith: **

I am not going to say anything but only that which Messenger of Allah (may peace be upgn him) used to say. He used to supplicate:" O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from incapacity, from sloth, from cowardice, from miserliness, decrepitude and from torment of the grave. O Allah, grant to my soul the sense of righteousness and purify it, for Thou art the Best Purifier thereof. Thou art the Protecting Friend thereof, and Guardian thereof. O Allah, I seek refuge in Thee from the knowledge which does not benefit, from the heart that does not entertain the fear (of Allah), from the soul that does not feel contented and the supplication that is not responded."

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from incapacity, laziness, cowardice, miserliness, old age, and the punishment of the grave.
O Allah, grant my soul its piety and purify it; You are the best to purify it. You are its Protector and its Master.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart that does not humble itself, from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a supplication that is not answered.

O Allah, forgive me my sins, whether done deliberately or out of ignorance, in seriousness or in jest, for all of that is from me. O Allah, forgive me what I have sent ahead and what I have left behind, what I have concealed and what I have made public. You are the One who brings forward and the One who puts back, and You have power over all things.

Grant us enjoyment of our hearing, our sight, and our strength as long as You give us life, and make it our inheritor. Make our retribution upon those who wrong us, and grant us victory over those who oppose us. Do not make our calamity in our religion; do not make this world our greatest concern nor the limit of our knowledge; and do not place over us those who will not show us mercy.

There is no god but Allah alone, without partner. His is the dominion and praise. He gives life and causes death, and He has power over all things.

bismi allāh al-raḥmān al-raḥīm, allāhu lā ilāha illā huwa al-ḥayyu al-qayyūm, lā taʾkhudhuhu sinatun wa-lā nawm, lahu mā fī al-samāwāti wa-mā fī al-arḍ, man dhā alladhī yashfaʿu ʿindahu illā bi-idhnih, yaʿlamu mā bayna aydīhim wa-mā khalfahum, wa-lā yuḥīṭūna bi-shayʾin min ʿilmihī illā bimā shāʾ, wasiʿa kursiyyuhu al-samāwāti wal-arḍ, wa-lā yaʾūduhu ḥifẓuhumā, wa-huwa al-ʿaliyyu al-ʿaẓīm
